I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor with over 25 years of experience helping children and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in working with children ages 3–11 who are managing anxiety, ADHD, autism, behavioral and emotional difficulties, trauma, attachment concerns, and family transitions like divorce or blended family adjustments. I believe behavior is communication—it tells us something about what a child is feeling or needing. Rather than focusing only on changing behavior, I work to understand what's underneath it. Through play therapy, I help children express themselves more freely, manage big emotions, and build confidence in who they are. I also provide parent coaching so you have practical tools to support your child's progress at home. My approach blends Child-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Adlerian Play Therapy with specialized training in AutPlay Therapy, Trust-Based Relational Intervention, and Theraplay. I'm accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions.
